Baking time
Well, i'm back on baking again...the passion never dies...whahaha...well, 2 days ago i just bake porfitroles. It quite similar like cream puff...according to my mother. Well, I started at 8pm at night and finish around 11pm. Which that takes me around 3hrs to bake. Actually it also include making the chocolate mousse and require at least 3 hrs of refridgerate. Anyway it is quite nice. Hopefully can do somemore for friends to taste. Hahaha....
Well...hopefully I can update the recipe into my food and dessert blog A.S.A.P with photos...

He hope to find someone that will accompany him for the rest of his life and work together for a better future.
