Travel Bugs...

Okay what is Travel bugs?
Travel Bug is a trackable tag that you attach to an item. This allows you to track your item on Geocaching.com. The item becomes a hitchhiker that is carried from cache to cache (or person to person) in the real world and you can follow its progress online.

What does a Travel Bug do?
It's really up to the owner of the bug to give it whatever task they desire. Or no task at all. The fun of a travel bug is inventing new goals for the Travel Bug to achieve. One Bug's goal may be to reach a specific country, or travel to 10 countries.

How do Travel Bugs work?
Each Travel Bug has its own unique tracking number stamped on it. This tracking number is used as proof by the user that they found the item. It also doubles as a way for the user to locate the personal web page for the travel bug. Travel Bugs are tracked with the help of users who go online and "grab" them from caches, or receive them from users. The idea is by picking up and dropping off Travel Bugs on the web site you are mirroring the Bug's real world adventures. Each Travel Bug has its own "diary" that follows its movements.

So today wake up ard 7plus...actually decided to go find some cache but due to laziness so make it on today. My plan for today is to retrieve some travel bugs that been aiming for so around 8am reach Bedok Reservior to start finding it. LOL...i really brings me to a hill that is really steep...but the view is nice...can see the whole view of reserviour maybe next time can bring girlfriend to view it...LOL. Anyway found the cache within 5mins coz have been reading other geocachers log thru the net. Got some shoots out of it and retrieve my first travel bug (Between the hard and rock TB) and move on my next destination --- Tang Dyansty...From East to West Sia...alot of ppl sure say i am mad...but thats the fun...it gets u to travel all over the place...so must really going to top up my ezlink card soon liao. Before going to take bus...i walk pass a 4D booth so think why dun try my luck as all travel bug came with ID number, so i buy the number from the ID tag which came along with the TB. After buying 4D, i took bus 21 to Geylang Serai to change bus to No. 154 and here we come to Tang Dynasty for you...LOL

After reaching Tang Dynasty, I begin to search the place...saw 2 mugglers came out from the Tang Dynasty where they crawl out the fence. Was think i couldnt be inside...so i check my GPSr again yes! i'm right it not inside...so i begin to walk another 20 feet and saw 2 tall trees with rocks...so here i go...pick up a tree branch and started poking the rocks and trees...within 10 mins i found it...I'm so happy coz i retrieve another Travel Bug (Cache Potato TB) and sign the log book and also put a 50 cents for the next geocacher cerdit... hope i keep increase the pot... now is about $2.60. Den need to go simei to collect my new spec. On my way, planning to go for another cache next week. Reading the log got from it and start working out the route coz this cache quite difficult coz it got maths quiz inside so need to do some sums before getting the real coordinates...but...i work out when traveling back...Guess have to visit that place next week... hope nobody retrieve the Geo coin coz that was my next target...LOL
